Paul Freestone   28th September 2019

Paul is an acclaimed watercolour artist and teacher whose subjects reflect his enthusiasm for wild landscapes, natural history, vintage cars and steam trains. His railway and landscape paintings are atmospheric and dramatic, combining impressionistic skies and seas with the detailed features of steam engines and rolling stock.  He encouraged and inspired participants to adopt his techniques for depicting moody skies and seascapes. Here are some images from a most enjoyable day.
